- Sometimes
the price of some products is not updated in website in case of such
condition customer orders a product, he/she have to pay the Additional
Payment to ship their product.
- In
case the customer wants to come and buy the product personally direct from Galaxy Point, he/she has to follow the procedure of ordering online
and even shipping charges is included in personal pick up. If the customer
doesn’t want to pay the shipping charges they can pay by Cash. Card is not
accepted.
- If
customer receives damaged or defective material the warranty is directly
by manufacturer Galaxy Point is not responsible for such
reason.
- In
case customers material is miss-placed by courier company and customer
didn’t receive within 30 days, Galaxy Point will process for Refund.
- In
case of Digital key (Activation key Via mail) once it will deliver to
you then it cannot be refunded or return.
- Digital
key delivered with in 24 hours and maximum it will be delivered with in
0-14 Working days. Cancellation with in Working 14 days leads to 10%
Deduction on the total amount.
